Prints, Quality, and Specifics

What kind of paper is used to print on?

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Each print has Joy Kinna’s signature on the bottom right of the print. 

Do prints come framed?

We offer framed options for our Time Limited Prints. Joy does not offer framing solutions for all prints. 

You can source many different frame options depending on your budget. Inexpensive frames can be found for all of our sizes at IKEA, Old Faithful Shop, Opposite Wall, Simply Framed, or Amazon. 

If you have the budget, you may choose to invest in a custom framing solution for your print which you can include a UV protective glass. You can source this at your local art framing store. If you are local to Vancouver, Canada, our print shop can provide custom framing services for you in an array of colours and styles! They also offer all Joy Kinna clients 20% off on framing solutions! 

Do you release new prints?

Yes, we periodically offer new prints a few times a year. Sign up for our mailing list below to be notified when they become available. 

Shipping + Delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all unframed print orders. For framed orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Each print is made to order and handled with care by our professional printing partners. You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out within 2-5 business days of your order and then shipping time is as follows:

Canada - 3 to 9 business days
USA - 5 to 15 business days
International - 20 to 60 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Will I be charged any duties and taxes?

Any print orders being shipped internationally or to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Joy Kinna Studio Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer. Joy Kinna Studio Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier you can use to track your shipment.

Please refer to the standard shipping timelines above. If you haven’t received your order within your destination's timeline please contact us at studio@joykinna.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate your shipment delay. 

Is local pickup available?

Yes - local pickup is available in Vancouver at TRICERA IMAGING SOLUTIONS located at:

Pickup for unframed prints is usually ready in 2-4 days and slightly longer for framed prints. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

How is it packaged?

All prints are made to order and are safely handled, rolled, packaged and sealed in a tube. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Can I return my order? I changed my mind. 

All prices on the website are in USD and all sales are final. Each print is made to order and we do not offer returns. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order or exchange my print for a different one?

Unfortunately, all sales and orders are final. Each print is made to order and we cannot accommodate exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure to read the description and sizes provided carefully before ordering.

What if I received a damaged print?

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong print please email studio@joykinna.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong print and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There's a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at studio@joykinna.com to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.
